His personal philosophy is that you must first improve your professional life to make a positive difference in your personal life. The electronic magazine Tom began now reaches over 25,000 people weekly, and his weekly column “Selling Points” appears in the Toledo Free Press. Tom lives in Grand Rapids, Ohio with his wife, Jan, and his two sons, Robbie and Will. His most prized possession is his fountain pen.
